This tutorial covers the Standard WordGenie workflow.

This tutorial covers the Standard WordGenie workflow. To follow along, click Use Standard WordGenie below the AI prompt box.

Before You Start

Designrr currently includes two WordGenie workflows:

WordGenie AI v4 and Standard WordGenie.

Difference Between Standard Wordgenie and Wordgenie AI v4

The Standard Wordgenie is designed for speed. Simply answer a few questions, make a few selections, and Wordgenie generates your book automatically.

Wordgenie AI v4 offers a more guided and flexible writing experience.

To follow the workflow described in this tutorial, simply click Use Standard WordGenie below the AI prompt box. You do not need to enter anything in the text field.

1. Open the Standard WordGenie Wizard

From the Dashboard, click Use Standard WordGenie below the AI prompt box.

Note: The New Wordgenie AI v4 is only available with the Premium Plans. You don't have to enter anything in the text field.

2. How to Generate your eBook with Wordgenie AI

In the WordGenie wizard section click on 'Next':

The next screen will ask for your niche. For example, ‘Snowboarding.’

Tip: to produce the best content use one or two keywords only.

Select the language. The current available languages are:

  • English

  • Dutch

  • French

  • German

  • Hungarian

  • Italian

  • Polish

  • Portuguese

  • Romanian

  • Spanish

Click on 'Next'. It will then suggest sub-niches for you to narrow the focus of your ebook. I will choose ‘Freestyle snowboarding tips and tricks.’

The next screen will ask you for your target audience. It's important when writing a book to understand who it's targeted towards. That way, your language, tone, and content will relate much better to your reader, making it a more effective ebook. For example: Teenagers.

Tip: same as in a previous step, enter one or two keywords only.

Wordgenie will then present 10 recommended titles for your ebook. If you’re not happy with the selection, click re-generate, and it will produce another 10.

Next, select the tone for your eBook content.

The theme selection is for the templates. No need to change anything yet. You will be able to select your template with greater detail after the ebook is completed.

Now Wordgenie has gathered all the previous information. This is the proposed outline for the ebook:

Notice that you can edit, add or remove any part of the outline. Simply place your cursor at the desired place and start typing like in a regular text editor.

You can delete any section by highlighting the text and clciking on the 'backspace' or 'Del' key.

Once you are happy with your outline click on 'Next'

Wordgenie will start writing your ebook. It may take up to 10 minutes to have the content finished, so let it work and preferably do not close the section.

Please note: The outline and prompting stage cannot be resumed if your session times out before ebook generation begins. Once Word Genie starts creating the ebook, however, the project is saved in the Docs section, allowing you to reopen it and continue the generation process if needed.

Once the ebook is finished, the content will be saved in the Docs section and will look like this:

As you review the content, you can have Wordgenie rewrite a paragraph, adjust the tone of it... or run a grammar and spelling check.

Once the text editing is completed you can continue to choose a book format.

Once your content has been generated, click Choose a Template to continue.
