The course page is the page your students will visit to access the course lessons.
Loquy creates the page for you, and you can review or customize it before publishing.
1. Open the Course Page Step
After rendering your course videos, open the Course page step.
This section shows the public course page setup. From here, you can see which lessons are ready, open the page editor, edit individual lesson pages, and publish the course page when everything is ready.
2. Review the Course Page Options
The course page step is divided into three stages:
Render your lessons: each lesson's slides and narration become a video.
Dress the page: this stage becomes available after the page is created. It is used to add intro text, takeaways, downloads, and buttons around each video.
Publish and share the link: this stage becomes available when the course page is ready to publish. It creates the public course page link your students can visit.
You will also see the list of lessons included in the course. If a lesson still needs a video, Loquy shows this next to the lesson.
Click Open the page editor to create and review the course page.
3. The Page Editor
Click Open the page editor to review and customize the course page. The first time you open the page editor, Loquy shows a short guide explaining the main areas of the page editor.
The page editor shows the course page as students will see it. This means the colors, fonts, layout, lessons, and video sections match the page visitors will see after publishing.
In the center of the screen, you can see the course title, description, author
information, lesson title, and the video area for the selected lesson. You can click text directly on the page to edit it.
On the left side, you will see the lesson list. Click any lesson to open and review that lesson page. The status icons show which lessons are ready and which ones still need attention.
On the right side, you will see the design and page structure options. This panel opens when Design is selected at the top right of the page editor.
From here, you can change the course page colors and fonts and choose how each lesson page is structured.
At the top right, you will see the main page options:
Design opens the design panel, where you can edit the look and structure of the course page.
Preview as student lets you see the page without the editing tools.
Publish makes the course page available on its public link.
You can also use the Draft from narration option to generate intro text and takeaways from the lesson narration.
4. Edit the Course Page
In the page editor, you can click directly on headings - except the lesson title - and text areas to edit them. Changes are saved when you click away.
Use the lesson list on the left side to move between lessons. The page shows one lesson at a time, so you can review each lesson page as your students will see it.
You can also add new elements to the page. Move your mouse between blocks and click the thin + line when it appears. This allows you to add elements such as text, checklists, downloads, buttons, or video blocks.
5. Rearrange or Add Student Features
You can rearrange blocks on the page by hovering over a block and using its toolbar to drag it to a new position.
Loquy also allows you, as we've seen, to add student features as page elements. These may include quizzes, workbooks, study packs, AI tutor blocks, subtitles, or a certificate section.
Use these options only if they fit your course. You do not have to add extra elements if the page already includes everything you need.
6. Preview the Course Page
Click Preview as student to view the course page without the editing tools.
Use this option to check how the page will look and work for your students before publishing.
7. Publish the Course Page
When you are ready, click Publish.
Publishing creates the course page link that students can visit. You can continue editing the page after publishing, and changes are saved automatically.
