Click once on the image to activate the container. You will know that it is properly activated when you see a blue tab on the upper left side of the element.

Click on the tab to open the toolbar and then click on the Chain icon to open the hyperlink editor.

The hyperlink editor opens. Add your URL to the first box and close it by clicking on the 'OK' button. That's all!
