1. Import the Content
The example below shows a numbered list created in Microsoft Word - see Google Doc example below. Notice that some of the list items contain long descriptions that span multiple lines.
When this type of numbered list is imported into the Designrr editor, the numbering may not be preserved correctly. In this example, the list restarts after item 8, causing the next item to be numbered 1 instead of 9.
To fix the list numbering select the list main container that needs to be updated, click on the blue tab to open the toolbar and click on the 'Update List From' icon.
In this case we want to continue the list at number 9:
After we enter the value and click 'OK' the list is now as in the Word docx.
2 - Importing a Google DOC File
Same sample list. This is how the lists looks like in a Google DOC. Is split at item number 8 and has several items with long descriptions.
In this case, when you import such a list to the Designrr editor is imported as in the original file, nothing needs to be corrected.
