How To Reset Your Password
In this tutorial you will learn how to reset your password.
1. Navigating to the Reset Password Link
The reset password link is located on the main login page to the application just below the login fields. Here is the direct link to the page https://app.designrr.io/#/ Click on the words 'Forgot Password'
2. Submitting Your Email
Once you've clicked on the link a new page will appear asking for your email address. Type in your email address and click the 'Send Email' button. You will receive an email with further directions to reset your password.
3. Check Your Email
Go to your email client and look for this email - check your SPAM folder as well!
Open it and click on the 'Reset Password' button.
When the page opens enter your password twice and submit. It will take you to the login page again, then use the ne credentials to log into your account.
