1. Open the Account Settings Section
To find a list of all your purchases, open the Account settings section.
NOTE: In this update ONLY the refunds for the Standard plan work. Only use this option if all you have bought is the Standard plan. If you have bought other items, for now use this form
In the Account Settings section you can now see all your purchases divided into two groups: Subscriptions and Products:
In the Subscriptions section you can see the renewal date and amount:
In the Products section you can see the purchase date and amount.
2. How to Refund Your Standard Plan.
As explained above, for now, you can only have the Standard plan refunded using this automated service. Make sure the purchase was made within 30 days.
To request your refund, start by clicking on the 'Ask for a refund' button.
You will be taken to a chat bot. Click on the 'Refund Designrr Lifetime Plan' button.
Please proceed by following the prompts given.
After you request your refund, your account will be automatically deactivated, and we will issue the refund. You will also get a confirmation email.
