How to Create Courses, Blog and Social Media Posts with Wordgenie Chat - PRO and Higher Plans

In this tutorial you are going to learn how to create courses, blog and social media posts with Wordgenie.

1. Create a Project

Since we are going to generate all the content with the Wordgenie chat and this tool is only available inside the project editor, you are going to select the 'Start from Template' ebook creation option.

This will take you directly to the template section. We strongly recommend to use a Standard template: the Plain Vanilla template. This template is clean and will allow you to easily format the content as is created.

Click on the template to open it and click on 'Use this template. The project will be created.

2. Setting Up the Template

At this early stage, this is an empty template / project and has to be edited to start adding content. There is only a cover and back cover pages and one regular page showing the font styling of the template.

Step 1 - Add a new regular page

Drag the new page element and drop it after the cover page. Make sure that you select the 'Regular' page option. This will add a blank page.

Step 2 - Delete the sample page with the font stiles

Find the top right menu above the page and click on the trash can icon to delete the page.

Step 3 - Optional - Add a title to header and footer section

For this tutorial we are going to create a course, blog and social posts about the Keto diet.

We are going to title it 'How to lose weight on the Keto diet'. Now is a good time to add the title to the header and footer sections of the new empty page.

To do that select the text on the header...

... and paste or type your title.

Repeat the same process for the footer.

Now every new page will automatically have headers and footers set.

3. How to Create a Course Outline with Wordgenie Chat

For this purpose you are only going to be using the Wordgenie chat tool. You will start but letting the Wordgenie generate an outline of the course and after that you will have the AI generate the content for each section.

Creating the Outline

We are going to create a course consisting of 5 lessons for a Keto Diet.

Start by opening the Worgenie Chat section found on the left sidebar and enter your prompt. For the purpose of this tutorial, let's use: Write a course outline consisting of 5 lessons for a Keto Diet.

Hit on the enter key in your keyboard and wait a few seconds.

After the outline is generated, drag and drop the text block to the page.

Formatting the Outline

It is very important to be organized to keep the content editing down to a manageable size. Now that we have the outline generated and added to the page we should format the results as headings (H2) and sub-headings (h3).

The 'Lesson' line headings are the titles and have to be turned into H2 headings. Using the headings formatting tool change each of the title elements type to H2.

Repeat the same process for the sub-headings and change each of the sub-title elements type to H3.

Inserting Page Breaks

This step is optional, but if you want to have each chapter start on a new page, is a good idea to insert page breaks and keep the lessons organized.

Let's recap... we have a perfectly formatted course outline (H2s and H3s) and and each lesson organized by pages.

If you have followed this far, relax, the hardest part is done.

4. How to Create the content for Each Section with Wordgenie Chat

As of this point is going to be a repetitive process. We are going to copy each chapter and sub-chapter text and paste it in to the Wordgenie chat, one at a time.

Once the content is generated simply drag it below the corresponding chapter and sub-chapter.

Read it and clean it if needed - since the text of the chapters and sub-chapters is repeated in the content I deleted those lines as it was repetitive.

Next one - observe on the right sidebar how the course is being shaped.

Next sub-heading...

Wash, rinse, repeat, till all your sections are filled in with content.

5. Adding Worksheet Elements

This is, again, totally optional, but you can add lists and planners to your course or create a separate project adding those elements. Is a great add on/bonus product to increase the value of your course.

Lesson 3: Meal Planning and Preparation on a Keto Diet - is the perfect place to spice up the content with a weeks breakfast, lunch and dinner recipe lists and meal planner.

To do that I asked the Wordgenie chat to have 7 keto diet breakfast ideas, 7 keto diet lunch ideas, etc., generated, added the list module to a worksheet page and copied and pasted each recipe into a list item line.

Meal Planner. The customer can create a custom fit meal plan for the week with the recipes.

5. How to Create Blog Posts with Wordgenie Chat

To promote your course you will have to create some more content. We are going to use Wordgenie chat to generate it.

Prompt used: write a blog post to promote my new course "How to lose weight on the Keto diet".

Of course you can generate as many blog posts as you need. Just repeat the process.

6. How to Create Social Posts with Wordgenie Chat

Same as with the blog post, we are going to use Wordgenie chat to generate it our content to feed the social media accounts.

Prompt used: write social media posts to promote my new course "How to lose weight on the Keto diet".

Wordgenie chat generated 5 social media posts each time a run the prompt. I repeated the process 4 times so I ended up with 20 social media posts.
